That's the financial bailout plan designed and authored by former central bankers now on the payroll at BlackRock, an investment manager of $7 trillion in stock and bond funds. New Video Playback Features
We recently started hosting videos on our own server. As the process evolved, new features were added, allowing better control of video playback options. Currently, only the FireFox browser supports all the new features. Right-click (control + click on a Mac) on the video and you'll see a listing of several new options.
